Noelle Stevenson’s Nimona Wraps Internet Run, Heads to Print in 2015

One of the best webcomics of recent years, Noelle Stevenson’s ‘Nimona’ has come to an end this past week. But, if you missed it, never fear – the series will be coming to print next year courtesy of HarperCollins. io9 have an interview with Stevenson on the book, as well as a first look at the cover:

NIMONA

I wrote about this series a little while ago on The Beat, see:

Set during a time of knights and black magic and lancing and people living in tents, Nimona is a silly but thoroughly charming webcomic which has grown impressively in style and content over the space of eight chapters.

And so on. It’s all built to a surprisingly emotional climax, actually, and one which slowly creeps up on you and punches you in the emotion box. Which, may or may not be a part of the human anatomy, I was never great at biology. You can still read the story online, right here – I really recommend you give it a look.
